Yeah, I KNOW I'm way behind on blogging but that's ok. I just chose some of my favorite summer pictures to share then I can start posting back-to-school...and other goodies!

If I already posted some of these please forgive me. I don't have the greatest memory lately. From time to time (before Ethan) I would forget things here and there. Since he was born I feel like I NEVER remember anything, even when someone tells me again and again. EVEN IF I WRITE IT DOWN! UGH! I'm totally not exaggerating. Is it the 4th child, or is it being 35???? Becky and Adam should be able to answer the age question! ;) OOPS, did I just give their age away??

OK, I found tooooo many pictures I wanted to share so I will post some more after this....so THIS one will actually be the 2nd one you're reading, sorry!

Pictures from the Concert!

I finally had some free moments to get some of these pictures and a video uploaded. (It's easier when there are 2 less children in the house). Sorry, the video isn't the best quality. As you can imagine it was deafening at the concert :) I decided on this video because you can briefly see Noah in it!

When we were walking around and eating and waiting for the concert to start, a local radio station had a group gathered around so we decided to go over and see what was up. Well, they were letting fans come up and spin a wheel and then they had to do what it said, sing a Backstreet Boys song, dance, answer a trivia question about a band member, etc. Well one girl was up and she was asked, 'When is A.J.'s birthday?'. She said, "OH UMM Marrrch...ummm...", then all of a sudden we all hear this voice directly behind us yell out "A.J.'S BIRTHDAY?! MARCH 16TH!". Of course, all of us turn around and it was BRIAN from the BSB! He was up on a car or something on the other side of the stockade fence behind us. I pointed for Noah because he couldn't quite see him...Noah's jaw hit the ground! He was so excited....Brian was within about 20 feet of us! He could NOT stop chattering for the next half hour before the concert started about how HE SAW BRIAN! For those of you who are not familiar with the BSB, (and who wouldn't be :P), I found a photo of Brian with his son...how cute!

Noah was SO adorable and he totally loved it! I'm glad I took him, it will be a great memory for us! Amazingly, he wasn't the youngest one there...there were a TON of little kids his age, some younger!

In case you care :P, the song playing when you first come to my blog, is the un-muffled version of the song on this video...

Concert!

YES, NOAH AND HIS MOTHER ARE BIG GEEKS!!
We are going to see the Backstreet Boys next week and Noah is soooo excited! He has loved this band since he was around 10 months old...I'm NOT kidding!! It'll be fun to go on a 'date' with my son. I'm SURE he'll be completely mortified in about 10 years from now, but that's ok! The song playing is one from their new album that Noah and I love....Take a listen & Enjoy :)

Kara Playing T-Ball!

I'm tired so excuse the short descriptions! Kara's last game of T-ball back in June.

1) Kara's team...she's the one on the bottom, second from the right, in the gray pants.
2) Kara in her batting helmet. TOO CUTE!
3) Kara in the dugout replenishing fluids!
4) Ditto.
5) Kara and her really good friend, Maggie enjoying orange slices :)
Video 1) Kara batting.
Video 2) Kara running home.
AREN'T KINDERGARTENERS PLAYING T-BALL ADORABLE??!!

Finally a new post....

Well, as much as I know you all loooooove looking at Scott every time you visit my blog (wink), I thought I'd better update it. Especially since I've been receiving threats. :) These are all from June. YEAH YEAH YEAH, I know I'm behind a bit!!

This first picture is Noah with his good friend, Kelvin. I did a great job of cutting off half of poor Kelvin's face. I think I need a photography class, what a goober! The second one is Noah with his really great friend, Persephone (pronounced per-seph-O-nee). Different name, GREAT friend for Noah...she's crazy, outgoing, loud and fun! I'm glad they are great friends! The next picture is Noah with his first grade teacher (soon-to-be Kara's first grade teacher), Mrs. Comeau. The last picture is Kara with her Kindergarten teacher (Noah's former KDG teacher), Mrs. LaCroix. Both of their teachers were wonderful this past year and I'm so grateful!!

The video is the KDG, first and second graders at an end-of-the-school year concert. I started taping mid-way through and it's really short but hopefully you can hear them singing, "I AM PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, AMERICAN, AMERICAN...". I'll give a prize to anyone that can spot Noah or Kara HA HA! Wait, do cookies count as a prize?? That's about all I'm good for! More to come later...
